What should I bring to a Pilates class or workshop?We provide all the equipment for our Pilates classes, including mats and props. You only need to bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a towel (mandatory for the Pilates classes for sanitary reasons). For workshops, if we are doing pottery or other activities, we’ll inform you beforehand if anything specific is needed.
