Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all matcha purchases are final.

Matcha is a consumable food product and, for safety and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We only accept returns for non-consumable items, such as accessories, within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

— matcha

— opened consumable goods

— sale items

— gift cards

— personalized items

 

European Union cooling-off period

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including matcha.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
