Shipping Policy

At the green flow concept, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Antwerp, Belgium. We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders with care and efficiency so your matcha arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

Belgium

Standard shipping: €6.50
Free shipping on orders over €80

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

International

Standard international shipping: €20
Free shipping on orders over €150

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with bpost and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
